Shipping Information

Here you will find all the necessary details about our shipping options, costs, and times. Our goal is to provide you with fast, reliable, and convenient delivery of your order.

  1. Shipping Options:

    • Standard Shipping: Ideal for non-urgent orders.
    • International Shipping: Available for selected countries.
  2. Shipping Costs:

    • Standard Shipping: 3,90 €
    • International Shipping: 6,90 € (varies by destination)
    • Free shipping on orders over 59,00 €.
  3. Delivery Times:

    • Standard Shipping: 2 - 5 business days
    • International Shipping: 8 - 15 business days
  4. Processing Time:

    • Orders are shipped usually within 1 business days after receipt (when it's christmas for example it may take longer).
  5. International Delivery:

    • Delivery times and costs vary by destination.
    • Customs fees and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
  6. Tracking Your Shipment:

    • You will receive a tracking number via email after your order has shipped.
  7. Packaging:

    • All items are securely and safely packaged.
  8. Returns and Exchanges:

    • Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt.
    • Items must be returned in their original (not opened) condition.
  9. Special Shipping Notes:

    • Please note that holidays and peak times may affect delivery times.

  11. Subscription: If you would like to cancel your subscription or change the date of your next order processing, we ask that you send us a clear request at least 48 hours before your next order processing date. Unfortunately, if you cancel after your order has been placed, we cannot guarantee a refund. Note: You can only cancel your subscription after the 2nd order, otherwise you could just get the loyalty discount.
  12. Returns: We accept returns as long as the product has not been opened. Please contact our support so that we can discuss the procedure together. Please note that we do not cover return shipping costs. This means that you have to pay the return shipping costs yourself. These costs may vary depending on the shipping service provider and the size and weight of the package.

If you have ordered articles with different delivery dates, we send the articles together in one delivery if no other agreement has been made. The delivery date for the complete order will be the same as that of the article with the longest delivery time. You will receive a pre-notification at least 5 days before the date of direct debit collection. Please note that you are obliged to ensure sufficient funds in the account on the announced date. If payment is made using a credit card, your credit card account is debited in conjunction with the shipping of the goods.
