Subscription: If you would like to cancel your subscription or change the date of your next order processing, we ask that you send us a clear request at least 48 hours before your next order processing date. Unfortunately, if you cancel after your order has been placed, we cannot guarantee a refund. Note: You can only cancel your subscription after the 2nd order, otherwise you could just get the loyalty discount.
  12. Returns: We accept returns as long as the product has not been opened. Please contact our support so that we can discuss the procedure together. Please note that we do not cover return shipping costs. This means that you have to pay the return shipping costs yourself.
